Collaborate with clinic staff to write and develop a comprehensive policy and procedure manual, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Conduct thorough research on relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices, incorporating them into the manual to ensure all policies and procedures meet legal and ethical standards Volunteer management: onboarding and training new volunteers, maintain and strengthen the volunteer update process at the clinic, and participate in volunteer recruitment activities through local partnerships
Member Duties : The Public Health AmeriCorps Member will build organizational capacity by initiating a policies and procedures manual for the Community Outreach Health Clinic that correlates with programs and accreditation programs that the clinic is a part.
