This is an entry-level Customer Service Representative role, where experience in this field is not required. They provide thorough training and a supportive team to help you build your skills and knowledge in the logistics industry.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties: - Monitor and expedite incoming and outgoing shipments
- Take customer orders and arrange freight pick up
- Prepare BOL's and create invoices
- Enter shipping and item information into computer system
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm
Pay: $20-$21
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements: - 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills
