**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Project Coordinator. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms and arranging necessary resources.
  • Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and specifications.
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to support project planning and execution.
  • Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Accounting experience or familiarity with basic accounting principles is highly desirable.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
