THE JOB:
As a Housekeeping Clerk you will provide support to the Housekeeping Department Answer calls, dispatch responses, monitor guest room statuses, and provide essential clerical support. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING PAY: $14.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Effectively manage all incoming housekeeping lines, dispatching responses to various departments and personnel as needed, including Maintenance, Front Desk, and housekeeping employees.
- Issue keys, radios, and devices during shifts, ensuring proper control procedures are followed to maintain security.
- Log incoming calls, dispatch responses, update room statuses, and maintain records of special guest requests and service times.
- Maintain positive guest and employee relations while handling requests, inquiries, or complaints, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
