We are in search of the right person to be the Overnight Manager at our very busy 7-Eleven stores. This position is for someone who is highly responsible and has experience in inventory management, receiving merchandise and managing vendors.

Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

• Greet every Guest as the enter the store
• Cultivate a Guest first culture
• Oversee the entire store operation during the shift which is 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Serve our Guests by ringing up purchases on our POS system
• Oversee the safety of the store including the Fuel Island
• Properly check in deliveries from vendors
• Stock merchandise after each delivery
• Prepare the store for the busy morning rush
• Hot Food and Baked items fresh and ready for the 6 am rush
• Coffee Bar clean, stocked and fresh coffee made for the 6 am rush
• Properly maintain and clean equipment
• Check Fuel pumps for cleanliness and guest readiness
• Perform pump cleaning two times per week
• Train new Sales Associates to do the overnight tasks
