THE JOB:

It is the responsibility of the Poker Room Dealer to perform the act of dealing and running a game in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service. You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $5.55 an hour plus tips

DAY TO DAY:

• Conduct and assist with the operation of Poker games
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game
• Ensure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rake
• Verbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedure of the game
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, unnatural or irregular play, missing items, or alleged theft

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit
