Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician, preferably with Dairy experience, but willing to train the right candidate. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for various dairy equipment and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Duties:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on a variety of milking equipment and conventional dairy systems

-Perform Miscellaneous repairs as necessary
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of service performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and assignments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

-Understanding of dairy equipment such as parlors, robotic milking systems, etc. preferred but not required.

-Understanding of or willingness to learn technology

-Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

-Ability work in a variety of temperatures indoors and outdoors

Required:

-Regular travel to customer dairy farm

-Included in On-Call Schedule Rotation

-Valid Driver's License

-Must have or be willing to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of boil, appliance repair, plumb, air conditioning, HVAC, design, van driver, maintain, build, weld
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
