Job Description

As a Wet Process Engineer you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality, driving process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also be required to identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology. Coordinating and carrying out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost optimization activities, handling new process baseline qualifications and managing, auditing and collaborating with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk mitigation objectives.

The Wet Process Engineer role is responsible for supervising the health of their assigned processes, ensuring high-quality output, and providing proactive redundancy plans for bottlenecks that could impact Fab cycle time (CT) or turns.

Skill Sought Out For This Role:

+ Strong process area knowledge

+ DRAM development and manufacturing experience

+ Proven Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting

+ Strong ability to perform functions of this role described above with minimal direction/guidance

+ Strong logic and problem-solving skills and thought processes with successful demonstrated experience and approach it with the demeanor "how can I resolve this today!"

+ Mature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe management

+ Strong leadership skills with the shown ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups

+ Able to efficiently organize multifunctional teams to complete projects to solve an array of problems as well as coordinate meetings and initiate follow-up actions having the demeanor, "how will I make a difference today!"
