Essential Functions:

- Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.

- Clean and stock restrooms as needed

- Follow and complete a job schedule within the allotted time frame

- Empty trash receptacles inside and outside

- Perform walk-throughs to identify maintenance issues

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

- Obtain and maintain your cleaning equipment and supplies

- Maintain Workers’ Compensation and renew it annually

- Effective communication skills

- Extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly independent, and proactive
