Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in Colorado.
• Submission of current TB results or Chest X-Ray.
• Successful completion of a background check and Colorado Adult Protective Services screening.

Responsibilities:As a CNA with A Place At Home, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring client safety.
• Collaborating with our care team to implement and update individualized care plans.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
