We do this by providing the right equipment for the right application, setting it up to maximize both comfort and efficiency, making sure everything is operating the way it’s supposed to, and servicing all major HVAC equipment and controls. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities through interactions with Mechanical Engineer firms, Mechanical contractors and End-user customers. Also, to develop sales by maintaining and continuing to sell to existing customer accounts and referrals.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities through interactions with Mechanical Engineer firms, Mechanical Contractors and End-user customers.
  • Expand sales/business opportunities with existing accounts, assuring customers are informed of newest and most innovative products.
  • Identify and promote strategic growth opportunities within the industry.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and continuing source of product information for assigned customers.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports regarding account performance.
  • Prepare and present professional sales presentations.
  • Prepare regular reports of sales forecasts.
  • Launch new products, as directed by the Vice President, within a given territory/customer.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows for maximum exposure of company product and capabilities.
  • Stay informed of changes in the industry, including trends, new products and changes in regulations.
  • Seize opportunities to promote the company and the brand.
  • Troubleshoot issues to a successful resolution for the customer.
  • Perform other duties sales professionals as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Degree or related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or related field.
  • Two or more years of selling experience, preferably in technology, HVAC or engineering.
  • Excellent communicator with positive attitude and energy.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • Skillful with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, Email and Internet.
  • An experienced sales professional who is energetic, forward-thinking and self-assured, with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Experience with public speaking a definite asset
