Overview:
I am looking for someone who wants to learn a new skill that you can use to build and grow the future you want within a healthy and respectful workplace. I had people who believed in me when I was getting started so don’t let not having lots of education or degrees discourage you from applying. In this position you will be provided with the training classes and tools free of charge to get your license’s. I will pay for all of that, if you have the personality, ambition and skill sets that I’m looking for. Once we get you licensed you will train hands on under the current officer manager, by watching and learning how to answer the calls, service current customer accounts, make necessary policy changes, and once you’re fully trained if you want to transition into sales, you can, but if you feel more comfortable doing the assistant office manager job then that’s ok too.

I’ve worked in the sales and customer service industries for 8 years. What I’ve learned is that when the business grows, and customers are happy we’re all successful.
