Job Summary
This position is responsible for completing accounts receivables duties and provides office support by performing administrative support functions for the organization. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinates and processes invoices, credits memos for price adjustments, returns, and other related accounting transactions.

Establishes and maintain lump sum contracts, including change orders.

Establishes jobs and attach appropriate tax and pricing information.

Processes and/or responds to all customer/job-related accounting—returns, credits, tax and pricing adjustments and reconcile accounts.

Provides customer service support, including accuracy with payments to customer accounts, timely response to accounts requiring assistance, and assisting with collection efforts on any past due accounts.

Enters and maintains pricing, tax exemption certificates, and other pertinent customer/job information.

Maintains and updates inventory pricing as directed.

Assures files are organized and maintained to support fast and accurate customer service support.

Provides backup support to the business office staff through phone support, reports and word processing assignments by the Manager.

Communicates with other internal personnel as necessary to complete job duties.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and
  • Previous truck driving experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to lift/move items weighing 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal direction.
