Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for four branches of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize primary financial data to reconcile accounts
• Compute and record numerical data
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Input invoices into our proprietary accounting system

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related subjects a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
