Summary / Objective:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bundle Payment Program Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in advancing our commitment to value-based care initiatives and optimizing the efficiency of our bundle payment programs.
Essential Functions:
Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of bundle payment programs to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, finance, and administrative staff, to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate audits or reviews as needed.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and analyze program performance against established benchmarks.
- Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively to implement changes that enhance program effectiveness and financial outcomes.
- Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing insights into program performance and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including payers, providers, and community partners.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and payers to negotiate and optimize bundle payment arrangements.
Education and Training:
- Develop and deliver educational programs to ensure that staff and providers understand bundle payment models and value-based care concepts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to bundle payments and value-based care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement quality improvement initiatives, track performance metrics, and ensure adherence to established standards.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and trends related to bundle payment program performance.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and other stakeholders.

Required Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare program management, with a focus on bundled payments and value-based care.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet project timelines.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong emphasis on utilizing data for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ACO models, CMS regulations, and healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred Education and/or Work Experience:
- Master’s Degree in healthcare administration or similar
Base Salary - Benchmarked to to the 50-75th percentile of comparable positions
Annual Incentive - 5% annual bonus, subject to employee and company performance (pro-rated in first year for partial year participation)
Paid-Time Off, Extended Illness Leave and and Paid Holidays - 19 paid vacation/sick days/year (increase to 22 days/year in year 3 and 26 days/year in year 5); 11 paid holidays/year; and 7 paid extended illness days/year.
Medical Insurance - PSW will pay 100% of employee premium and 45%+ of dependent premium
Dental Insurance - PSW will pay 100% of employee premium and 45%+ of dependent premium
Vision Insurance - PSW will pay 100% of employee premium and 45%+ of dependent premium
Life Insurance - All benefit eligible employees are provided a $40,000 life insurance policy that remains in effect for the duration of PSW employment.
Health Savings Account (HSA) - Employees that enroll in an HSA medical plan will receive contributions into their HSA account from PSW. $3,000/year for individual plans and $4,200/year for family plans.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - FSA is available to employees. Maximum contribution are $3,300/year for Healthcare FSA and $5,000/year for Dependent Care FSA.
401(k) Retirement - PSW offers a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match of up 4% of an employees gross earnings.
Tuition Reimbursement - PSW will pay up to $5,250/year pf qualifying higher education expenses to employees with at least one year of employment.
