Lighthouse Memory Care is looking for a creative team member with good energy, who moves with purpose, and loves the Senior Care industry to join our amazing team. This position is responsible for carrying out resident activities of a given managed community including all internal activities under the direction of the Director, Lifestyle, and Leisure.

Responsibilities:

• Promote all activities within the building in order to improve resident participation.
• Work with the Activities Director to organize events which includes planning, advertising, set-up, and clean-up.
• Organize transportation for activity outings and medical visits with the Memory Care community.
• Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, take actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities and have a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or a field related to the position.
• Minimum of three years experience in Assisted Living preferred, but not necessary - will train!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong personnel skills, and positive community relations skills are essential.
• Commercial Driving License (CDL) preferred, but not necessary.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
