What you’ll be doing as an Activity Aide:

• Working under the direction of the Activity Director you will help organize, plan, and execute a well balanced activity program
• Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, and games
• Generate positivity and encourage resident participation
• Work with all departments to ensure resident needs are being met
• Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly

Do you have?:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
• Previous experience in an activities role preferred
