Provides clerical support to the Development department, as well as to the Protective Services and Money Management programs. Helps Elder Services achieve its mission and goals carrying out a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, utilizing a range of software applications.
Development and Communications
- Maintain subscriber lists in Constant Contact
- Enter gifts into Donor Perfect, generate gift acknowledgements and reports
- Create posters and social media postings following established guidelines
- Assist in grant and report writing
Protective Services
- Assist Protective Services Director with redacting records and all tasks related to record requests.
- Tracking PS records that need to be expunged.
- Scanning and uploading PS documents into APS.
Money Management
- Conduct telephone surveys for the Money Management program
- Assist Volunteers with materials or routine questions in absence of MM Supervisor
- Document Volunteer Activity into SAMS
General Administration
- Substitute for Executive Assistant and/or other administrative staff by performing backup for such tasks as distributing mail and troubleshooting office equipment problems. Maintain accurate levels of supplies for the assigned programs and ordering supplies as needed.
- Occasionally substitute at the front desk reception when the regular receptionist is on break or otherwise off duty.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent computer skills required.
- Strong written communication skills, including proofreading.
- Able to work mindfully and follow procedures designed to minimize errors.
- Able to organize and keep track of moderately complex information.
- Able to work independently and manage time.
