Job Summary: Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting the hiring process? We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter Assistant to join our client’s team for a short-term project. In this role, you will provide essential support to recruiters by managing candidate communications and scheduling interviews. Your efforts will help streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process. Handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure timely communication.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all participants are informed of interview details and logistics.
- Job Posting: Assist with creating and posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website. Monitor postings for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Resume Screening: Assist recruiters in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Flag potential candidates for further review.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and assisting with recruitment events.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in human resources or recruitment, is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules, candidate information, and recruitment documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
