Job Description

The Equipment Hub, America’s leading machine tool dealer of used metalworking equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. We specialize in the buying, selling, repairing, and auctioning of CNC and manual machining and fabrication equipment, offering an exciting work environment for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to contribute to our success.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations at The Equipment Hub. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and a basic understanding of the machinery and equipment market, though this is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with auction planning and execution, including documentation and logistics.
  • Maintain and organize company records and databases.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Assist with social media and marketing posts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
