Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate and plan events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, updating project documentation, and communicating with team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with medical office procedures (e.g., scheduling appointments, managing patient records) is a plus
