Overview:

This is an Intermediate Executive Assistant Position - With the option for Growth.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

Duties:-

  • Must be resourceful to get the job done!
  • Minimal supervision
  • Must be highly trained on Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Assisting with Catering Leads - Maintaining current customers and recruiting new customers.
  • Assist in recruiting new Corporate Accounts
  • Bank Visits
  • Help manage administrative tasks for 2 Executives
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and in a timely fashion
  • Arrange meetings and appointments
  • Admin Responsibilities and tasks and more

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
