Job Description

A local company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting their accounting manager and ensuring smooth administrative operations. If you have a knack for organization and a passion for assisting in public relations tasks, we would love to hear from you. This position will start off as temporary and will transition to permanent.

Hours

Part-time, Monday-Friday 9am-1pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist the accounting manager with various administrative duties.
  • Prepare and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including securing car rentals, booking hotels, scheduling, and other related tasks.
  • Handle filing, scanning, and general office coordination duties.
  • Support the team with general office coordination (GOC) duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
