Job Description

Hospital Services Corporation provides various services to hospitals throughout New Mexico. The Administrative Assistant will provide support services to the Manager of Risk Management services, including the Cyber Security Engineer, to support the Company's cyber security services.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Provides administrative duties to the Cyber Security Engineer and services to include, but are not limited, setting up customer meetings through email or phone calls with customers.

2. Setup meetings utilizing Zoom.

3. Prepare professional letters, correspondence and other documents, with input from the cyber security team to be distributed to the customers.

4. Working with the cyber security engineer to obtain information from our customers.

5. Assist customers with insurance applications and/or questions.

6. Provides backup coverage for the Workers’ Compensation Administrative Assistant and main Receptionist.

7. All other duties assigned by the Manager.

**Job Qualifies for hybrid work schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • MS Office software: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 3 years (Required)
