Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant that is able to support our organization in completing the following tasks:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Maintain Contact lists and databases
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Balance cash drawers and credit card statements
  • Process business licenses
  • Order office supplies and research vendor opportunities
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update reports
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Assist other departments as necessary (Purchasing, HR)

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational skills with excellent time management
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Previous administrative or office management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
