We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with Scheduling Experience to join our team at our facility in Pensacola, FL, 32501. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and events
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Billing/Accounts Recievable
- Previous experience in scheduling and calendar management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
