Job Description

Overview

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with Scheduling Experience to join our team at our facility in Pensacola, FL, 32501. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and events
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Billing/Accounts Recievable

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in scheduling and calendar management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You should be proficient in:

  • Scheduling Experience
