Department Overview


Internal Audit examines and evaluates the effectiveness, efficiency and economy of the organization's activities. This department assists management and the Board of Directors in the effective discharge of their responsibilities by furnishing them with analyses, appraisals, recommendations, counsel, and information concerning activities and by promoting effective control at reasonable cost.

Primary Responsibilities


This Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Directors and Officers of the company. The incumbent will perform high level administrative duties including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence and coordinating larger scale meetings. The incumbent is required to maintain confidentially at all times. Activities required by incumbents may vary by departmental needs.

Summary of Qualifications

  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a customer contact position communicating information
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Experience working with highly confidential information
  • Experience working under little or no supervision
  • Experience interacting with all levels of staff
  • Previous administrative executive level support preferred
