Job Description

We need individuals with strong organizational skills for our multi-company office, who can manage multiple tasks at once and juggle multiple priorities.

JOB DUTIES

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Create and schedule appointments for sales team
  • Maintain multiple calendars
  • Schedule dumpster rentals
  • Track company data using Microsoft Excel
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Direct and coordinate equipment and material moves for 2 drivers
  • All Customer communications relating to dumpster deliveries and payments
  • Continually monitor and track the location of the trucks and dumpsters through computerized tracking software.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Excel is required
  • Must have previous customer service, receptionist, or office related experience.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to remain professional and courteous while working fast paced
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance are required.
  • Must pass drug test and background check
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Must have a consistent temperament, and positive attitude.
