About the Agency: The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is the primary agency responsible for State government financial and administrative operations including employee payroll, vendor payments, employee insurance, construction, maintenance, and protection of State buildings in the Capitol Complex, financial information management systems, management of the State's vehicle fleet, and numerous other related activities. About the Position: This is an entry-level administrative support position in the Department of Finance and Administration Business Services office. The incumbent will perform duties which include clerical, working in the mailroom, sorting and delivering hand-mail and delivering packages. Incumbent must also be able to lift 50lb copy paper boxes.

What you'll need to be Successful: This position will require excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
