Role Purpose
The primary purpose of an Assisted Living Administrator is to manage and oversee the daily operations of an assisted living facility. This includes managing staff and overseeing the delivery of services to residents. The Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the residents and staff, maintaining financial records and budgets, and ensuring the facility meets all regulatory compliance standards. Additionally, an Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for creating an atmosphere of respect and dignity for residents, and for providing support, guidance, and assistance to residents, families, and staff.
