James River Nursing and Rehab is searching for an Admissions Nurse for the Medicare wing.

This position has various responsibilities including admission assessments on new admissions, discharge planning, Medicare Meeting attendance, weekly rounds with physicians, and other various duties/tasks.

Prefer RN for this position.
