Nurse will strive to ensure policies, procedures, practices and standards of the facility are implemented and maintained. Nursing services include taking medication orders and supervising the dispensing of medications; charting and medical record keeping; assessing medical health concerns, including infection control and assuring that needs are met in a timely manner; working with the staff nutritionist to meet patient dietary needs; communicating with case managers or adults in charge of the patients physical health; assisting with injuries and accidents; and consultation with direct care staff

Salary: Pay for this position starts at $32.50 and increases based on a combination of education and experience.
Schedule: 40-hour work week. Some flexibility regarding scheduled days and lengths of shifts.
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, certification as a Registered Nurse.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas. Valid driver's license and insurance required.
Experience: Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
