KVC Kansas is seeking energetic, positive, and caring professionals to join our team. We provide in-home family support, therapeutic services, foster care and adoption case management, substance abuse treatment, and psychiatric care, impacting thousands of children and families annually.

Role Overview

As an Adoption Case Manager, you will:

• Support the organization’s goal of building a safe, secure, and family-centered child welfare system.
• Provide direct services to children and youth seeking adoption.
• Lead case planning conferences using a strengths-based approach.
• Demonstrate experience working with children and families, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation in KVC’s proprietary software.
• Testify in court and provide written updates for cases under court supervision.

Schedule & Travel

• Flexible schedule with evening, weekend work, and significant travel to visit families. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.).
• Ability to obtain licensure with the Kansas Behavioral Science Regulatory Board within 90 days is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
