We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join our Caddo team!

Responsibilities will include:

- Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential security alarm systems.

- Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.

- Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.

- Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.

- Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.

-Upselling during the installation

Requirements are:

-Currently licensed for security & fire equipment installations

-Strong sales background-preferred

- Residential Alarm Installation Experience-REQUIRED

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job.

- Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision.

- Ability to pass a required background check

-Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation

What you will receive:

*Generous compensation package! Average $85,000-$115,000 annually

*Pay per job plus commissions on upselling*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Security Installation: 2 years (Required)
• Upselling: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Caddo, LA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
