Flex is looking for an Enrichment Coordinator at Brent Elementary School, 301 N. Carolina Ave, Washington, DC 20003, and other nearby school locations (if needed) to help manage the after-school enrichment programs by checking students in and out tracking down students if they are not in class (by checking with the front office staff and calling parents), making sure that classes are running smoothly and that all children are having fun, engaged and safe, as well as checking children out at the end of the day.
This is a perfect job for someone who is retired, a stay-at-home parent, or someone who is looking for a part-time job.

Duties:
The Enrichment Coordinator's duties shall include, but not be limited to:
* Meeting and greeting the vendors as they arrive on time to the school on their assigned date.
* Manage, distribute, and maintain rosters (checking against daily attendance at school).
* Overseeing vendor performance on a daily basis through observing instructors and student participation.
* Maintaining daily attendance records.
* Ensuring students safely arrive at their activities and depart based on the pre-assigned schedule.
* Communicating with parents regarding program questions, changes or cancellations as well as student attendance.
*Managing behavioral and administrative issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
* The right person will be a great communicator, very responsible, demanding of the vendors, and fun!
* The right candidate must interact comfortably with students, parents, vendors, and front office staff.
* Excellent oral communication skills
* Dedicated to the success of afterschool activities at your school
* Ability to work independently and as a team member
* Excellent organizational skills
Work schedule and salary:
This is a part-time job opportunity. This program runs on Wednesdays starting 04/01/24 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 p.m. Coordinator must be there 15-20 minutes prior to the program starting.
Payment is $40-$50 per day.
