As a Product Director in Tech, Data and AI Learning, you lead innovation through the development of products, features and experiences that delight customers. Responsible for firmwide Data & AI learning solutions, you will be delivering on the Chief Data & Analytics Office’s priorities. In this role you serve as the main partner to the Chief Data Officer, Chief Analytics Officers, business & functional leaders and learning affiliates, architecting appropriate learning solutions to drive business results. You will also be responsible for internal Tech, Data and AI Learning analytics, reporting and insights. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.


Job responsibilities
  • Works closely with business leaders to understand their specific needs and tailor learning pathways to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Effective stakeholder management, communication and change management across multiple deliveries.
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting
  • Defines key metrics, identify key customer segments, and develop targeted programs to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Proven track record in Data and/or Analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Experience with utilizing Business Intelligence tools, dashboards, and automated solutions
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
