Alexa Smart Properties (ASP) is seeking a Deployment Manager to support a growing portfolio of managed service providers and direct enterprise customers in the senior living, healthcare, and hospitality verticals. As the ASP Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for owning strategic relationships and growth plans for your customers. Your focus will be on maintaining strong partnerships, and developing opportunities to expand ASP deployments.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include partner management and growth strategy, developing partnership strategies, identify and driving opportunities to expand ASP deployments with your customers and serving as the primary point of contact. Additionally you will own deployment planning and execution, providing hands-on guidance and technical support, collaborating with ASP’s network of solution providers to deliver a seamless deployment experience. You will utilize data-driven insights to develop tailored tactics that address customer needs and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to channel customer feedback to enhance ASP product, tools and processes.

  • Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes
  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  • Experience with cloud, server or infrastructure technologies and business models

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
