Job Description

ITonDemand, a Division of eResources LLC, is looking for an Apple Certified Technician to join our Managed Services Support Team. This position is based in our Nashville, TN office, though work may be conducted at customer sites or remotely. The ideal candidate will be Apple certified with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs.
  • Provide on-site and remote support for Apple products, including hardware repairs, operating system issues, and software installations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on macOS and iOS devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with data recovery, backups, and migration on Apple devices.
  • Troubleshoot and integrate macOS devices into mixed environments (macOS and Windows) and resolve compatibility issues.
  • Provide technical support for users regarding Apple services such as iCloud, Apple ID, and iTunes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver superior customer support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, diagnostics, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of Apple device components and comply with Apple’s safety standards.
  • Pack and ship products from our warehouse location daily, including driving to UPS, USPS, and FedEx drop-off locations as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate packaging and labeling for all shipments.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Apple technology and products.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

  • Apple Certified Professional (ACSP or ACMT) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a technician in the repair and troubleshooting of Apple products.
  • Expertise diagnosing and repairing iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs, including hardware components (displays, batteries, motherboards, etc.).
  • Experience setting up and managing Apple Business Manager
  • Experience with macOS and iOS security hardening
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Apple diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, including iCloud, iTunes, and Apple ID management.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to shipping locations as needed.
  • Ability to work with customers in person and remotely, providing professional support and documentation.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Company.
  • Familiarity with Apple Configurator, Apple School Manager, or Apple Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of integrating macOS devices into Microsoft and other cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise or similar service management systems.

Other Requirements

  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
