OC Based company looking for individual to hire on and train to diagnose and repair commercial/small chassis appliances / washers & dryers. Our team is growing and looking for the right fit with our long-term staff.

Looking for someone who is motivated and a hard worker. We all wear many hats here while having fun & being productive. Should be open to many facets of our business with room to grow and expand- Dynamic days and really good group to work with.

This position would start out with mirroring & learning from our techs, equipment re-builders and installers to learn the trade and ultimately be confident enough working with laundry equipment, payment systems, and installs of small appliances by fielding calls in our vans.

The candidate must be comfortable with interacting with Customers, Vendors and other company staff. We have plenty of work and trucks ready to roll! Even some overtime would be available- but generally Monday to Friday 0830 to 430

Requirements:

• Ability to learn about appliance repair .
• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and speak with customers. Bi-lingual a benefit.
• Mechanical comfort.
• Clean background and driving record.
• Able/learn to use a computer to program appliances + look up parts .
• Basic electrical knowledge a plus but will be learned.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
