A Brief Overview

The Application Business Analyst provides quality implementations, upgrades, and support for Franciscan Alliance applications. This position performs needs assessments and impact analyses, and understands the business and the processes of application areas. The Analyst leads new installations and system optimization and provides on-going troubleshooting for Franciscan Alliance applications.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • System Enhancement Identification Research, analyzes, and presents information to stakeholders, and provides input regarding potential system enhancements.

  • Process Documentation Documents and builds workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.

  • Application Parameter Maintenance & Configuration Maintains and configures the application parameters to ensure Franciscan Alliance applications function according to specifications of those we are privileged to serve.

  • On-call Support Provides on-call support, including after-hours support following the Franciscan Alliance support model.

  • Application & Workflow Test Development Develops test scenarios and performs testing for Franciscan Alliance applications and workflow and reports results to stakeholders.

  • Troubleshooting & Problem Repairs Troubleshoots and repairs reported application problems.

  • Vendor Management Works with vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.

  • System SME Represent the knowledge area as a subject matter expert and identify downstream impacts as familiarity with the company’s systems and business processes increases.

  • Project Management Manages projects that do not require PMO oversight.

  • Business User Discussions Facilitations Facilitates business user discussions to identify the requirements for Franciscan Alliance applications functionality and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree

  • Required High School Diploma/GED

  • Preferred Master's Degree

  • 5 years Relevant Work Experience Required

  • EPIC Certified (if required by role) - EPIC
