WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Research information regarding potential system enhancement needs.

• Configure UKG ProWFM application based on standards and guidelines.

• Document and build workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.

• Participate in business user discussions to identify the requirements for UKG ProWFM functionality, and workflow.

• Provide on-call and after-hours support for the team and customers following the Franciscan Alliance support model.

• Perform testing for UKG ProWFM and workflow.

• Troubleshoot and repair customer-reported application problems.

• Work with vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting UKG ProWFM .

• Follow organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED - Required

• Associate's Degree - Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

• 1 year Relevant Work Experience - Preferred

• Strong aptitude with payroll/timekeeping applications and experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or other UKG applications - Preferred
