As our Appointment Specialist, you will be responsible for using your expertise to safely and accurately inform potential customers about the benefits of going solar and make them aware of the government incentives our residents in Illinois are entitled to. You will collaborate with our team to learn about the industry, hone your skills, and develop a culture of excellence.

• Communicate with clients to arrange and schedule appointments for services face-to-face
• Ensure all appointments are tracked and documented properly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Maintain customer relations by understanding customer needs, providing information, and responding to inquiries
• Update customer information in the CRM system, including contact details, appointment details, and any other relevant information
• Support new team members

• High School Diploma; Some college is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with and understand different cultural backgrounds
• Proven ability to detect customer needs and provide solutions
