ASRC Agile Decision Sciences, LLC is seeking an ArcGIS Enterprise Application Specialist to support our customer. The Functional Analyst shall develop status reports, tracks issues and executes problem resolution and ensures project quality control. Functional Analyst shall create and execute internal team and external client communications model. Functional Analyst shall perform Tier 1 Helpdesk support, system testing and quality control. Technical and Core Competencies shall include strong Instructional Systems Design (ISD) background and is experienced with the entire ISD life cycle; strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to multitask.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Hybrid, Work Location: At the Pentagon and other Government facilities within the NCR two days a week. With telework 3 days a week with customer approval. May require additional in office work depending on work requirements.

The ArcGIS Enterprise Applications Specialist shall have the following:

  • Working knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise Explorer, ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, and Administrator
client applications.
  • Working knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise/ ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Server applications.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of enterprise level database architecture.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and network
functionality.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of SQL database and IIS server’s configuration/operation.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of file server operating system and network functionality.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate degree from a two (2)-Year College or university; or four (4) to six (6) additional years of related
experience and/or training without a degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CLEARANCE LEVEL:
  • Secret

This position is offering a pay range of $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
