At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Las Vegas, NV:

Compensation: $28.00 / HR
Shift: Swing: 1600 to Midnight: Monday to Friday.

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You can be on your feet throughout your shift conducting regular indoor/outdoor patrols.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You enjoy rewards for doing a good day's work by apprehending those who steal.
• You control access to the facility making sure that employees, customers, and guests feel safe.
• You have excellent attention to detail as you screen employees, and guests coming and going.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Should you catch someone stealing, you will be awarded a bonus, to be talked about during the interview.

Your background:

• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You have at least 1 year experience as a Security Officer, or Military/Law Enforcement.
• You have 2 years' experience as an armed Security Officer, or Military/Law Enforcement!
• You have an Armed PILB in hand and are current on your Weapon qualifications.
• You have an approved weapon/ammo/holster.
• You have a DL and excellent driving record.
• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are able to pass a Psych Eval prior to having any interview.
• You must have strong work ethic, and high integrity.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
