Armed Security Guard

Our officers receive a bonus every paycheck. The $20 pay rate includes the bonus that you receive for completing your job as trained to do so. We do not require any experience. You will be trained in areas such as, Taser, active shooter, and defensive tactics. Our website shows our tactical uniforms and gives more information about the company ( stateprotection.agency ). Applicants must be of good moral character and physical condition. Officers undergo initial and regular FBI and Maryland State background checks. Answer every question on the application, including the questions labeled "optional."

We utilize the US Army's physical fitness test every three months. Copy and paste the URL below into your browser. Then, insert your age and sex. Next, scroll down to the "Results" section. There, you should see the "minimum to pass" column. Determine if that section's push-up, sit-up, and 2 mile run time is in your ability. If it is, then answer "yes" to the physical fitness question on the application. If it isn't, then wait until you meet this requirement to submit the application.
