Job Description

The Asset Analyst role supports the Installation Support Services (ISS2) contract supporting our US Air Force customer.

This position supports the Deputy Program Managers by conducting data entry and data record maintenance within ARSC Integrated Management System (AIMS). The position will be responsible for collecting asset data for new and existing facilities assets as well as entering data. Data gathering may require physically visiting sites and will require frequent communication with supervisors and staff. Gather and maintain warranty information for such assets, collect relevant operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, enter pertinent data into AIMS, and continually maintain accuracy.

Must exercise excellent judgment and communications skills to deal with a broad spectrum of people, including staff, vendors, and the customer. Ability to multi-task, meet changing deadlines, and problem solving is essential to this position.

Position is located at the Project Headquarters in Anchorage, AK.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to asset information collection and maintenance.
  • Actively develop and utilize at least intermediate skill with Excel to maintain accurate records within the system.
  • Assist in analyzing and auditing asset data.
  • Assist in analyzing and auditing Preventative Maintenance metrices.
  • Coordinate disposal of retired assets
  • Summarizes and analyzes reporting data to be reviewed by supervisor.
  • Assembles, classifies, evaluates data and information used in supporting the project’s facilities operations and maintenance programs.
  • Assists with various other data collection and system implementation tasks related to ASRC Integrated Work Management System (AIMS).
  • Collects, organizes, and prepares data for departmental planning.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance related to Asset Information to appropriate parties.
  • Works cooperatively with other team members to create meaningful and timely reports.
  • Assists in the coordination of condition assessments and reviews of government facilities (Real Property), government provided equipment (GFE), and Real Property installed Equipment (RPIE).
  • Track assets and maintaining maintenance records in an integrated maintenance data system (IMDS).
  • Other administrative duties as assigned which may include assistance with developing and managing a training database, producing PowerPoint presentations, and assist with financial analysis.
  • Expected travel is 5 to 10% annually
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4 – 6 Years Experience with office management, training coordination, and official administrative duties.
  • Must have intermediate level proficiency of computers and typical applications including word processing (MS Word), (MS Project), Shared drives, spreadsheets (MS Excel), database (MS Access), and Visio or similar.
  • Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be US citizen or US national.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug testing.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English proficiently enough to complete all employment duties.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Union Represented workforce.
  • Experience reading and understanding Collective Bargaining Agreements.
