The Assistant Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager will assist Finance Managers in coordinating many activities regarding finance and insurance for our valued customers, which includes preparing all associated documentation, He or she ensures all deals are done in a timely manner and according to all legal requirements and dealership policies. The Assistant F&I Manager will assist in preparing and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents and enhancing the customer experience while achieving maximum profitability and other miscellaneous duties ass assigned.

You must have experience in the Auto or Rv industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares all state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases in a timely manner and in accordance with established laws and procedures
• Works with the Sales and Finance teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• NO F&I mngr experience necessary

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
