Job Description

La Quinta by Wyndham, an esteemed brand under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts banner, is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager for one of our respected establishments. Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, your core responsibilities will encompass:

Coordinating daily hotel activities to facilitate a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. Leading, inspiring, and coaching a diverse team across various departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Managing financial performance, budgeting, and introducing cost control strategies. Stepping in for other roles as necessary, such as front desk reception, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast service. Overseeing training, supervision, and handling of guest inquiries. Operating hotel management software including Synxis Property Manager and Wyndham Okta. Committing to a minimum workweek of 50 hours.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with hotel management software and systems, including Synxis Property Manager. Willingness to accommodate varying work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Commitment to superior guest service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

The annual salary range for the roles at La Quinta by Wyndham is outlined below:
