Job Description

A Multi-Family Housing Community located in northern Oakland County (Pontiac) is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager. Leasing experience helpful.

Requirements:

  • 1 years' experience in the Housing Industry
  • Must have good computer and electronic file management skills
  • Good written, organizational, phone and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Subsidized housing background a plus
  • Previous government Section 8 processing experience

You will be responsible for processing new applications, Section 8 re-certifications, rent payments, resident work orders, and other general office duties.
