**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

- Provide leadership and support to the front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring a positive work environment.

- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

- Help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
